Welcome to shine basketball

Shine Basketball Academy is Colorado's original and longest running player development academy. Founded in 2000 by Elite Skill Development Trainer, Rob Pierson, our progressive training program is designed after the USA Basketball Player Development Curriculum and combines detailed basketball skill development with a dynamic, engaging, and fun gym culture that has produced hundreds of leaders and basketball athletes!

The Academy is open to all athletes grades 1-12, boys and girls.
No experience is necessary to start training. Athletes are grouped by skill as they train and play.
Each session includes (minimum): strength and agility drills, ball handling, shooting and live play/open runs.
Fees are month-to-month with no mandatory long-term commitments or large up front costs.
All Memberships allow unlimited training!

Since our start, Shine has worked to establish relationships and dialogue with college programs from every Division, giving us perspective on what it takes to compete at the college level, and allowing us to shape our program to build highly marketable student athletes.

Since 2013, Shine has helped place 100% of motivated graduating seniors in college programs.
