If you want to be pushed to another level and improve your skills and mental game, then you should train with Coach Rob. Coach Rob has pushed me to levels I did not know I could reach. This is especially important as a collegiate athlete because the workouts are on a different level in terms of strength and mental toughness. Coach Rob will focus on areas that you need to improve, whether it is off the court strengthening parts of your body, or skills on the court. I think one of the most valuable aspect of training that Coach Rob offers is film sessions. Film is very helpful as an athlete and I would strongly recommend taking advantage of what Coach Rob offers. I can definitely say that Coach Rob has prepared me for college basketball and has improved me as a player through the training that we have done together." |
