Creating and maintaining a culture of Energy and Excellence requires passionate leaders who exemplify these traits continuously to our athletes and families. Volunteer staff assist in various aspects of the Shine process from greeting guests to assisting with on-court drills.

We are always seeking ambitious, high energy, enthusiastic leaders to join our year-round staff. Shine leaders are driven to find the most effective way to connect with each athlete to help them achieve their goals.
While credentials and skill sets are essential, we are looking for people who believe in the potential of every athlete, who are willing to serve our athletes and our community, and who are always seeking ways to improve the Shine program and make a positive impact on those around them every day. Our Shine culture is what sets us apart, and we are inspired by the transformation of each Shine athlete and the impact that positive mentorship, encouragement, and belief has on not only the athlete, but their family as well.
